I'm Damian Forrester

After eight years of commitment with Century 21, I opened Keller Williams Realty in Billings, MT, as broker owner, with a business partner.  I supervised over 60 agents in the four years with Keller Williams, holding the position of the Top 5 Brokerages in the city.  I was then introduced to eXp Realty in 2016. Applied and was hired as the State Designated Managing Broker for the company, by Jason Gesing, president of eXp Realty.  I began with an assistant and after 6 years with the company I brought the company from one agent to over 285 agents by September 2022, making it the largest Brokerage in the State of Montana.  I am also the cofounder of the Black eXp Network as well as One eXp, the diversity and inclusion arm of eXp Realty. I hold several designations and certifications including new construction, luxury, and many others.  Most recently I have been appointed as the state Commercial Broker for eXp Realty and a member of our State Diversity and Inclusion Committee.  I will continue to strive to drive and grow others around me.  This is my passion.  I look forward to working with you.

My Story

Originally from Brooklyn, New York  I grew up in humble begins.  I graduated with a bachelors in Early Childhood Education and a Masters in Information Technology.  I joined the Marine Corps where he spent 8 years in the service.  I worked for Corporate America as a Project manager for the first ever Video streaming company on the internet, then Worldcom/MCI, as well as the Department of State where he assisted integrated their Procurement managment System.  

I received my Real Estate License in 2006, becoming the first Black REALTOR in Montana.  I began his real estate career at Century 21 where strived to be the most innovating real estate  marketing professional within the state and completed more than 20 transactions within my last six months of  first year in real estate.  Within his first two years of real estate I received my Brokers License, becoming Montana first Black real estate broker. 

I run a very successful real estate team and continues to speak nationally, and is always giving back to his community and agents.  I enjoy spending time with his family, traveling and a self-proclaimed “foody” that enjoys cooking and outdoor activities.
